- Coach Bobby is a 14 year veteran in the beach game and has been a nationally recognized coach and player for the past 10 years.
- His vision is to develop Project Serve into a beach volleyball University for higher education.
Felipe Bastos
Assistant Coach & Personal Trainer
Played volleyball all 4 years of high school for the school team.
Sophomore year starting setter and alternate on the varsity team.
Starting setter Junior/Senior year, named to high school’s hall of fame.
In college, Felipe played both setter and libero positions
Studied and researched the body for 4 years while coaching the Women’s club team
Moved to Austin in 2014 and started playing sand volleyball because of the lack of indoor options.
Opened up his personal training business in 2015
Married his best friend, Sarah, in 2017
After 6 2nd place finishes at various levels, I won my first men’s BB tournament on a 20+ mph windy day in March and coed doubles with my wife in April.

Lexi Wick
Business Director
Rouse High School Varsity volleyball team where she collected awards such as the Dazzling Dozen, 1st Team All-District, Most Valuable Player, and Offensive Player.
APV Alumna
Qualified for Beach Nationals in 2011, ranking in the top 16 teams in the country
She committed to New Mexico State University her junior year on a full-ride scholarship.
She left Rouse setting 10 records at the new school, some of which still stand.
Attended NMSU for her Freshman and Sophomore years.
Joined the Javelinas of Texas A&M U-Kingsville in Fall of 2015.
During her junior year she collected a number of accolades;

AVCA & D2CCA 1st Team All Region
AVCA & D2CCA Honorable Mention All-American.
She followed up the season by being the number one seed for the inaugural Kingsville Beach program.
After her last season at Kingsville she finished setting records at the D2, leaving with honors and firsts for school history.
